The host was quick to reply and getting into the space was easy. The house is fabulous for a large family. We were 11 and the open space in the main area was great for hanging out with a large group. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great for a large group. We got breakfast included with this booking and it was really great to have a large breakfast to start each day. It was within walking distance of lots of massage places, coffee shops, restaurants, and markets. We loved being in the Nimman area. Highly recommended.

Location was amazing, Nimman is such a great area and it has everything you need as you step out of the villa. The villa was big, roomy and the pool was a plus with the Thailand weather. The breakfast chef cooked us amazing meals each morning as well and Kat was great to communicate with for any needs or questions we had.

Perfect location. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around and only a short drive to the Old Town. Property was very clean and well kept. Staff are very very helpful and very nice. Would highly recommend.
